Order

Open the artwork page. Click on the "Buy" icon below the image. A shopping cart will open showing the selected artwork and its price. If you would like to add more artworks to your shopping cart, click on "Continue shopping" button. If you have already selected all items you would like to buy, click on the "Order" button to fill out the order form. I will send you a confirmation upon receiving your order.

You can also simply write me at info@alexandrovsky.com if you are interested in any artwork.

Payment

The preferred methods of payment are: wire transfer to a bank account, check, Western Union money transfer.
You can also purchase the artworks from my portfolio at ArtQuest, a website selling arts. They are accepting payments by check, money order, wire transfer, and credit cards. ArtQuest may be used as an escrow service for purchasing artworks listed at alexandrovsky.com website. Please contact me for additional information.

Package

Oil paintings are usually rolled and packed in a tube. This is the safiest and the cheapest way to ship the painting
Graphics on paper are rolled in a tube or packed in a cardboard folder
Medals and sculpture are packed in special boxes

Shipping

The artworks are shipped the next working day after our reception of the payment. You may choose among the following shipping services:

*You can track your shipment via the Internet.

These prices only apply to the shipment of paintings and graphics. The shipping costs for sculpture and medals are calculated individually based on the artwork's size and weight.

Money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. I offer you a full refund. You will only be responsible for the costs of shipment of the artworks back to me.

You must send us the artwork within seven days upon receiving it in the original condition. Before doing it, please contact me as soon as possible by e-mail: info@alexandrovsky.com or by phone +420 606 826 272 and inform me about the return.

Please note, that the color of an artwork on the screen may be slightly different from its actual color depending on the viewer's monitor settings.
